The group is composed of Musicians, Dames, Noblemen, Pages and Knights. The flag wavers, dressed in their costumes of the XV century, parade elegantly through the streets and |

exhibit in the city squares accompanied by the cheerful sound of clarions and drums. The show of flag game is breath-taking with the rhythm stressed by the musicians who emphasize the colourful representations of the flag wavers. |

The parade of group represents the families which, at the time, held power over the territory of the quarter of the "Roman Gate". The models are inspired by the life at court at the end of 1300 beginning 1400. The group of Porta Romana, given the great number of participants from the age of 3 to 80 years is able to exhibit anywhere: |

in the squares, in the street, in courtyards of noble residences, in parade grounds, inside castles... Some of the members of this group have exhibited in Australia, United States, Venezuela, Peru, Russia, and in the most beautiful European capitals and were received by Pope John Paul II who invited them to bring a message of peace and brotherhood around the world.
